HEALTH CHALLENGE: Try some deskercises
I'm so happy I ran into this extra credit assignment. I've struggled with back pain because of my scoliosis my whole life and am always in so much pain when I sit at my desk all day long. I've used the open chest stretch before because I naturally have rolled forward shoulders but I am going to add rolling shoulders into my routine as well. I love yoga so much and will be adding it into my routine more.
